Cedar Tree is overseen by a team of 3 elders:
- Andrew Popplewell (Lead elder)
- Charles Barber
- Jon Reynolds
The elders together with their wives (Sue Popplewell, Ruth Barber and Anna Reynolds) meet regularly to plan the activities of the church, to pray for its members and to seek God’s direction for the church. The elders normally lead and teach on a Sunday morning.
The elders also meet with an external overseer who is Paul McMahon from King’s Church, Halifax. Paul regularly visits us on a Sunday morning and for our days away.
We also connect with Prayer for Bradford, a group of ministers and leaders from different churches across Bradford.

Financial and legal matters are the responsibility of the trustees. The trustees meet together at least twice a year and oversee salaries and expenses, gifts from the church to missions and charities, and also gifts to individuals in need through the Helping Hands fund.
